Poet To Poets Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Poet To Poets

Poet to poets

Once, somewhere,
-I spoke of talent:
- "Each of us has talent,
-which is in our natures…"

The end, to conclude:
- "If found, set in place,
-will take us to success."

I meant it and remain
-since I am an expert
-after long researches.

And about the poets,
-some paint well in colour,
-some work on the frames,
-some insert sweetness,
-some drunk of lust, sex.

Few and random are
-thinkers, responsible.

I rather read the ones
-carved, written on a wall
-when poets are on run
-fighting with brutal…

I love the poems with
-a message to awake;
-go to save a harmed child
-or walk, fight the hunger
-and take side with needy
-shelter those displaced
-and give hand to elder
-and bleeding mother.

I define a poem,
-to be and considered
-only when awakens
-and feels responsible
-but sweetly coloured.
