Poetic Subject Matters Poem by Jonathan Goldman a.k.a JGthepoet

If I were to gear my poems
To my Reviewers on this site,
What would be the subject matter?
Would I get my poems right?

I have noticed very often
What subjects appeal to you there,
For the poets who review me daily,
Are my friends without a care.

When I wish to catch the eye
Of new poets who don’t know me,
I have to choose a subject,
Which will encourage you, to review me.

Religious topics, Art of Writing,
Alphabetic, Poems all,
Questions or Answers are exciting,
With Rhyme and Scan within them all.

Do I need to change my style?
Will a humorous poem be
More eye-catching, bring more laughter,
To the Reviewer who reads me?
