We were tasked to attend one day
For a man chopping furniture away
He had done the dining room and chairs
And started on the lounge room furniture there
We stopped him of course as it wasn’t right
His recently divorced wife had an order so polite
For each to have a half portion of the proceeds
Of their now defunct marriage and deeds
So he was dividing it all up so clear
Half of each piece for the order to adhere
