Policy Of Trusting Life Poem by Kiran Pillai

Am starting to move with power of trust
Why apply too much force on life anyway?
I feel the universe acting right through me.
Making my body and mind act in the right way.

Why put too much effort of will and ego today?
Life itself has plans of action; doesn't it?
I just participate in life and what it comes by.
I know it is not mind here. Maybe spirit. Do I know?

How really do trust moves in quick within me?
What really is this trust anyways? I know death is there.
But, does it end with death of this body? I heard not.
So, lifetimes of trust is what we may be talking here.

All I can do is trust the flow and surrender completely.
There are times when the ego demands things too.
I give in once in a while to some demands. Feels bad too.
Trust in life and surrender seems like a better policy.

Trust is all I feel I really can do today. Feels better!
I know honest is a good policy. Trust is better.
Maybe material benefits may not shower too much.
At least we can taste life better with trust. Trust me!
