Political temperature, hot and fierce
A campaign season, full of fire and strife
The nation is divided, voices pierce
As candidates battle for their political life
Promises made, speeches filled with passion
Campaign trails, overflowing with zeal
Debates and rallies, all in fashion
Every vote sought, every heart to steal
The temperature rises, as tensions flare
Accusations fly, scandals unleashed
The media frenzy, a constant affair
As the campaign machine is well-oiled and greased
But in the midst of this political heat
Let us not forget the issues at hand
For it is our nation that we must meet
And choose a leader with a clear, sound plan
So let us brave this political fire
And cast our votes, our hearts' true desire.
