Big bosses clash, a global game,
One holds the rules, one fans the flame.
FIFA rules the world's big stage,
But UEFA fuels the money-wage.
Now war is here, a mighty fight,
UEFA says no, with all its might.
Fifty-five votes, a solid block,
No FIFA games, they'll stand and mock.
For years they've fought, this power play,
Who makes the rules, who gets the pay.
The calendar packed, the teams too grand,
A hundred years across the land.
Now FIFA's plan, a costly scheme,
A twenty billion dollar dream.
To sell a piece, a private hold,
On stories brave and fortunes bold.
They offer cash, a tempting prize,
To member nations, open eyes.
But UEFA cries, 'It cannot be!
The World Cup's not for you and me! '
They met and vowed, a strong decree,
No FIFA games, for all to see.
Germany, France, and England too,
Will turn their backs, their colors blue.
This fight is deep, with anger spun,
Since calendars were overrun.
And talk of teams, a growing crowd,
While whispers loud, the truth is bowed.
A player's card, then set aside,
Politics swayed, with naught to hide.
UEFA fumes, integrity lost,
At such a high and sporting cost.
