Portrait Of Tommorow Poem by Luningning Minguez

Portrait Of Tommorow

When the rains stopped falling with the Eastern Winds,
When the moons are visibly spiral and good as new,
And darkness is enlightened with the stars of Andromeda…
It was yesterday’s next morning when tears are few.

When the rainbows shown-off their bright shades of color
When the revelation of buried treasures are proven true,
And nightmares have gone when moons are cold,
It was yesterdays next morning when tears are few.

When the rays of sun are waving on Eastern Seas
When pictures of grief and pages are faded too,
And they, the witnesses have revealed all that was real
It was yesterday’s next morning when tears are few.

When sea waves danced with Chrysanthemum’s joy
When their dark shades have turned oceanic blue
And touched the shores of rocks and sands
It was yesterday’s next morning when tears are few.
