Praise God For Conviction

Praise God for conviction
For the moving of the Spirit
In the heart of those reading God's Word
Who never before had heard it
With the help of the faith factor
"God I believe You exist...
And if there's truth to this gospel story
Make it something I wouldn't want to miss"

May conviction lead to conversion
And the darkness be turned into light
And a heart aflame for the souls of men
Become our sure delight
Where prayer becomes simple as breathing
Our covering graced by God
With a pure desire to do His will
Though often being misunderstood

And aligning ourselves with the written Word
And with Lord what will Thou have me do
And stepping out of our comfort zone
To unselfishly live for you
I cannot serve two masters
And Lord You are Lord of all
I praise God for conviction
It became my deliverance from Hell!
