Praise God For Indoor Plumbing And More

Rating: 5.0

God woke me up early this morning
I had violent stomach cramps
He led me with humble prayer to my household throne
The one where I have always felt that I was the only King
But today I was not to receive my way but rather my due
He punished my body with these horrible bends
Forcing my spirit as well as my mind and body to repent
I gladly agreed to hear him out as I could not release
The evil had firmly implanted itself in my gut
My bowels were being tightened and squeezed by demonic forces
Struggling to resist their eventual exorcism they fought hard for control
I had let them in of my free will and in a weakened faith that God
Held no dominion over me
And then…my business was stolen from me
My wife became frustrated with our increasing poverty
Our only child turned against her father and mother
Just as I had done to him
Our home was no longer a home but a prison
A prison that would soon face foreclosure
I was a spiritual wrecking ball
And about to lose it all
I bled as my gut twisted to release these demons
They had compelled my ears to shut and my mouth to open
Preaching vileness and ill will to my family and friends
Hearing nothing but the vacate sound of my own voice
I had been reduced to a poor pitiful excuse for a man
But then in a miracle
My most desperate moment was ended when
I felt his gentle voice
And his gentle hand comfort me
My suffering had been relieved and I was free
He led me in prayer only this time I cried
For he has saved me
And his message to me
Was that he will save you too
Have faith in his love and his blessings are yours to the end
Amen…and may God bless you all
