She married out of loneliness
True love she's never known
She was so afraid
Of growing old alone
Her lonely days behind her
At least she has someone
She married out of loneliness
Even if her life isn't fun
He said, he loved her
He wanted her for life
So when he asked her
She agreed to be his wife
He's in love and happy
She is now satisfied
Two lives brought together
Anything can be justified
She married out of loneliness
Now she's lonely no more
But she may end up more lonely
Then she ever was before
