Precipitating The Inevitable Poem by Andrew Rimmer

Precipitating The Inevitable

Convincing someone that life is fulfilling;
Worth bothering; keeping up the fight.
To show all you are thriving, always willing;
Standing forever; in the blessed white light.
Can be really difficult, truly tough
Until nature decides enough is enough.

Reasons for being are for each to decide:
Too much introspection; critical self-analysis,
Forming higher comparisons with others tried:
The mind collapses into a self-made paralysis.
Beneficial for the human condition;
Allow living to reach its natural fruition.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
A poem created about people who commit suicide out of depression and how difficult it can be to convince people that life is for living.
