Prejudice Poem by Nancy Chambers

Prejudice

She said
"This is a community where folks take care of house and lawn
We won't be happy till they are gone
At first it's just one
Then pretty soon we are over run"
They really don't bother me
I might have them for tea
She said
"Property values drop as soon as they appear
There is no place for them here"
I don't care what you say
I'm planting Dandelions anyway!
