Presently Absent Poem by Sentamu Aziz

Presently Absent

Very Long Days
Seeming a Year each
A count of the stars
Describes Your distance Away

Loads of Smiles
In all my Dreams
Holding your Hand
And carrying you on my Lap

So sweet are your words
So Loving is your Smile
Sweet and Charming
Soundly Goes your Speech Tone
Always Comforting me

So Blessed you Are
For not only at Home
In my Life as well
Written with Love
I speak to Say
I miss you so much
