Presidential Debate Again Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Presidential Debate Again

Presidential Debate Again

Let us go celebrate
If foe is USA
They have own problem
A nation divided
Politics corrupted.

Once again saw debate
Just watching was a shame
I would feel embarrassed
If from USA
Feel my time was wasted!
Nobody takes blame
On the ways being changed
They are good in blames!

I recall the days when
People saw the torch there
In the midst of water.
It is gift of France
Made and sent by lovers
Free thoughts for righteous.

We got ride and went in
Could see fist and observe
From top saw the waves.

Why did all turn so low?
Is it not government?
Dumb headmen with ego?
Are they not corrupted?
Are they not core of shame?
Are they not big liars?
Aren't they the copies of old days?
The same was with Romans and Persians
And many empires and rulers
And all fell...

But also I love to
Read the First Amendment
That makes them United
Though apart are States!
