Pride Poem by Sari Mavi

Pride

If you tell the world about your pride
Then someone says, 'You are really great'

(This is really pleasant you. Admit it)

Do you not realize
The tumult of appreciation is just a moment
When they show empathy merely an expression without information

(And with the passage of the time, no one is considering the greatness of it, except yourself)

If someone says, 'You are really great! '
Will make you 'self-low' or low self-esteem?

Know that your pride has colorful so interesting,
Indeed he burn yourself slowly
In the face of a man
In front of God
