Prism Of Spring - In N.E.Ohio Poem by Charlotte Gunther

Prism Of Spring - In N.E.Ohio

Rating: 4.5

Little purple cups appear in the snow

And yellow faces dance in the wood.
Then golden blazes make a fence
And cherry blossom fountains sway.

Pink fisted blooms guard magnolias

And the redbud quietly shows its place.

Bright green willows cascade the riverbank,

Shy sweet woodruff gaze starry-eyed.
Pink beauties wink in the grass

And violet Peri-winkles back,
While white pyramids rise in the meadow.

All in pre-leaf glory.
