Property
As old as man's life is
-question is and has been:
- "Whose, land is? "
Here, in Canada,
-I did and go around.
-Hate seeing ugly sign|
- "Private, " which is pain.
It becomes worsened when
-see the sign of warning:
- "Keep out, no trespass! "
-hate the law forcing me,
-feel flames inside me…
Looking at the fences, screens
-hear sounds of the swords
-sabering, guns shooting
-and cannons throwing
-shells and bombs:
- "Private", "Private! "
At same time see Bible
-Eve, Adam, first murder!
I read and don't comment…
-brother killing a brother
-for: "Is mine, Private! "
-then recall school time.
Went to be a "Lawyer"
-but stopped…
Had gone to prepare my essays
-on varied court matters
- prosecutor, defender
-all the way to judgment,
-in civil, criminal,
-and saw Law as bad job.
-Seeing them made me say:
- "Can't go on, is not mine! "
They are sham at prime!
Some get fat in this job,
-most suffer and somehow
-since there's no conscious!
Law is job, business
-it is to buy and sell;
-nothing else!
The law, in its wording
-on the land, property,
-says the far meanest thing:
- "Land is The Majesty's, "
-not of the First nations!
I agree that is loan
-but not by a person;
-but by God and Nature.
Land is, as my Dad said:
- "Deposit with the one
-who uses to work on…"
The same is in Islam
-and the rule of Incas.
I left law as B. S.
-still so, certainly.
Land is God's, so is ours.
Land belongs to us all.
Free is generous Mother Earth.
Land is life and is farm.
Land is home for us all.
I shout it from heart:
- "Down with all the borders,
-armed forces and anthems,
-which are tools to be used
-by the mean for abuse…"
