Proving My Love Poem by Hebert Logerie

Proving My Love

As long as you and I exist
I won't stop. I insist
And I will unashamedly persist
That I've loved you
And will continue
To love you until
Mountain and hill
Will join forces, until my last breath
And until I will be put to rest.

I will not be a pest
I will remain patient and lest
And I will sit on my stealth
Waiting for your smile
I will stand in the aisle
Watching you in the parade
Until all feelings disappear and fade
Away like the ducks fleeing winter
Like my heart melting away in the crater
Yes, I have proven you that I've loved you
For a long time. I won't stop and I will continue.
