Provocation

Rating: 4.0

The Chinese sat back for a while and listened
to what they didn't want to hear:
a new proud monarch pronouncing 'China' as the Chinese do,
only dragging it on too long.

When the leaders met, my guess is,
Stopping Him Dragging 'China'
was top of the Chinese biz.

Xi Jinping would have given him a look that said,
'Look! We know what you're doing. Now stop it! '
and would have said, 'China is said like this...'

That proud monarch would have known what Xi meant
and at that meeting
I think you'll find,
his public dragging of 'China' away forever went.
