Proxy Lass Poem by Nalini Jyotsana Chaturvedi

Proxy Lass

Rating: 3.5

A filler
To fill
Emptiness
To practise your
Seductive prowess
I am just your
Proxy lass

How small
You've made
Your shining self
Using people
Still being at rest
Satisfying
your Want of caress

I was wrong
In choosing you
My mate
Trying to fill
Small cup
With hollowed
Base.

Now I suffer
Have no solace
While
To another girl
You run a race

Proxy............ Someone appointed to act for another. Afraid I don't quite get the significance of this Nalini. Were you in a bad mood when writing this piece? Prefer your poems when they have a loving, caring, undertone.
