Pure Happiness Poem by Cynthia Buhain-baello

Pure Happiness

Like the multitudes of grainy sand
Or the vastness of the galaxies
My thoughts of You fail to understand
The infinite essence of all these.

For like Job, I am dust and breath
Fleeting like the grass that withers,
Here today but destined for death
To decay I just like the fallen flower.

And yet Your Love took me by Grace
Renewed this creature for eternity,
Blessed me with the chance to see Your Face
Conquered my soul, You rebirth in me.

I am lost in the beauty that is You
The ultimate concept of pure Happiness!
Nothing, no, nothing in this world will do
To make plain what is found in this experience!

Thank you God.
