Purity Poem by Bharath Krishna

Purity

O dear purity, where can I find you?
Not in the scent of flowers which are placed at the feet of God
or in the prayers of people who sat on the knees before him…
Not in the dozens of words which are spoken,
neither in the ears that were listening nor in the legs that are walking...
Not in the heart beating for love,
neither in the soul that loved nor in the future joy in which people will be together...
Not in the rain which is to fall on fields,
neither in miles of crops nor again in the people who are feeding their lives through it...
I accuse these unethical people for ending your life in the globe...
O god exorcise the literacy of bad,
greed and pain, let me see a pure world of love!
