Purple Skies Poem by Amanda May Moore

Purple Skies

goodbye, goodbyes
and so the day dies
and the moon replies
allowing another sunrise
a new day a new size
unknown to the unwise
with there schemes and lies
is the ravishing reprise!
they've already closed their eyes
but the wise have seen the purple skies.
