Push-Pull
pushed, distant, alone,
broken, lost, a heart
unknown
away, no gain, wordless,
drowned, tears, sight in
fears
-recess-
hope, light, stars shine
in the night, I am held
in your arms, tightly
loved lightly
shortly unconfused, saved
from prior abuse. sought
out with a smile, to last a little
while, waiting to be distraught
again.
I need to obtain optimism.
