Pursuing Evil Poem by Paul Warren

Pursuing Evil

Purple dreams of red and blue
As the sun sets and follows through
I know it always ends the same
To journey on without the fame

For evil lurks beyond each bend
And I know I will not find a peaceful end
The fight's the thing that lasts
It will always be to my final gasp

I can't forget why I'm here
The message in my head is quite clear
So I travel west to beyond the sun
Til I reach the final showdown and it will be done.
