Quasi Moon - Where Is Your Attraction? Poem by Spock the Vegan

Quasi Moon - Where Is Your Attraction?

Quasi moon, so far out in the sky,
You orbit sun and earth, tell me why.

Quasi moon, how long have you been there?
A hundred years, and earthlings unaware.

Quasi moon, how long with us will you stay?
For many centuries, the scientists say.

Quasi moon, you cannot serve two masters.
You stick to one, or there will be disasters.

What is a quasi moon? The word QUASE in Portuguese means ALMOST in English. Is it almost a moon? I don't keep up on the news as much as I should, so I had NOT heard about it.

I orbits the earth and the sun. The picture shows the quasi moon's orbits in yellow. There are 2 cut-and-past 'links' in the author's notes that will show you. Quite fascinating.
