Queen Of Hearts Poem by ash arun

Queen Of Hearts

Pretty, charming and beautiful
That was what she was;
Like an angel from the heaven
She flashed joy into one and all's lives.

Her eyes were blue
That had the depth of an ocean;
Her golden silky mane of locks
Like the cascade of waterfalls.

She was the envy of every women
But to men the most ideal of all;
Her face as innocent as a child's
Always had a warm beautiful smile on it.

Even thy God knowing of all the hurdles
One has to pass through ones journey of life,
Took her away from this world
To protect her pretty face from all the perils.

But still, our lives go on in the mind boggling absence,
Of our Queen of Hearts, though like a horse sans stirrups.
For Lord giveth and Lord Taketh away
Thats the kismet that awaits all.
