Question Poem by Colin Coplin

Question

Rating: 5.0

You ask me if I love you
A smile is my reply
Your eyes they start to tremble
They must be partly blind

I love you more than the morning
The first rays of sun
I love you more than the meaning
You're the only one

No cloud can shade the feelings
Or the warmth that you bring
No rain can dampen the feelings
That you ignite like spring

I love you more than the morning
The first rays of sun
I love you more than the meaning
You're the only one

If I only had one hour
Yes, one more hour on earth to live
I'd spend it all with you my love
So precious is the joy you give
Then cherish for all eternity
The moment that we shared

No, don't ask me if I love you
A smile will be my reply
For, I love you more than the meaning
Now, and for all of time
