Have you heard
what your heart recently told
Have you watched
the beats all night long getting old

A pumping muscle
a pulsating blood
a red flush in your face
a sleepy feet with tons of weigh to arouse

What´s about your breath
your clear view
your vibrating voice
did you ever had a choice

An automatic flow
a rhythm of nature
a reflex of behavior
a dry tongue for your prayer

Have you loved your soul
your mind your brain
having been through this before
in pain like the same

Take your chance
to resume your life
think over your words
and about what you´ll cry

Give yourself the chance
to rise and to win
more than this
is under your skin

Meet your friends in truth
one more time
then you move
and we are friends
forever in time
