Questions - Poem by Janice Walkden

Things in the here and now
we know not ‘why’
we know not ‘how’
but maybe in the ‘then’ and ‘there’
we’ll know much more
so we’ll not care
For all life’s answers
to all lifes wonders
with all the lies
and all the blunders
trying to prove
there is something ‘wrong’
with a natural sense
that is oh so strong
when fear itself becomes no more
as we fall upon deaths open door
For all that was said
was really true
a ‘messengers’ gift
of hope to you
Life carries on
we do not die
so fear not child
and do not cry.
