Rage Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

Rage

Has rage found its way into the river
Formed like crushed elven joy
Childhood stones on the stream
Banished burnt gold of summers night
Death of a mother
Lonely as a ghastly moon
War
Incest

Rage is a strange hot branding
Mitigated by the tree in bitter waters
Forgiveness
Causes of justice
Patricide and prison camps
Heavenly stars
Only the divine gate relinquishes

Rage is the sulphur of hell
