what i like most
is the sound of the
rain at dawn
when i am safe
curling half asleep
inside my room

and then i start
remembering you
you were wet
and i came with
a red umbrella
my arms around
you and your arms
around me too
and then we walk
towards a shade
and then we fade
when the rain
finally stopped
and then we parted
you finally took
your ride for home
where your husband
and children are
waiting for dinner
