I have awaken to
The sound of trees rustling
And wind beating at my door
The rain has come back
After a month shaking the morn
From its peaceful slumber
Laden with raindrops
Blades of grasses nod to the
Clouds like staunch devotees
Flowers weep like children
Being slapped rain in absence
Of butterflies and bees
