Rain Poem #2 Poem by Tricia Mae Chua

Rain Poem #2

Formless gray sky
On a rainy Friday morning
The rushing breeze tossing
Rain drops pitter pattering down
To the thirsty ground
Breaking the stillness outside.
Soulful music being played
On the piano downstairs
Wafting all around, filling the house
With cheerful warmth
And sweet remembrance.
