Raining Bus Stop Poem by Phil J Hambling

Raining Bus Stop

The smiles emerge
From under an umbrella
The green bus lances the damp air with a hiss
The bike with the small wheels splashes the drain
And the laughing Saturday girls
Huddle under the roof that's too small
To hide from the rain
