    'I love Oregon's cold raindrops! '

strange how I identify with this line, I love cold raindrops hiking high up in mountains yet often dislike getting wet in towns and cities, in wild plays we often tune into an appreciation of raindrops on vegetation, while in civilization creature comfort and being warm dry is tuned into psyche and expectations of comfort desired required

Thank you for your thoughts, Terry! I agree - it's funny to look at how our expectations change based on the context.
