The inferior quality of the light the Moon blows,
Lays not a secret, in the Sun’s brilliant glows.
Directing your energy on people,
Living in places sprawling miles apart,
Even where my contented goats fart,
In the solitude of my shepherd’s estate
Can I feel your heavenly warmth, shining radiantly down like darts.
Frustrated I must admit,
Of the beads of salty water you forced me to emit,
I still sincerely appreciate your generosity.
Though, yet again,
I enjoy the cooling land breeze that I gain
When you cease the day,
After I patiently seize the day
Wait, that is your doing too,
Right?
Quite impressive for a 13 year old. Quite impressive indeed, I think you did quite well, and look forward to your turn out.
