Ate a rat
And shat
In a tattered hat.
Left the hat to rot
In a field boiled hot
By the blazing sun.
Relief he sort
From the broil of the sun
That he sprung and got
The hat to put on.
A rat-shat hat
Now salves the sun's torment
Yet the rat-shat hat
Was once left to rot.
