You flap your wings
and your feathers fly
raven
don't forever be
a mystery to me

your eyes
they penetrate
the windows of my soul
with their emptiness

you wear no colors bright
and being black
you blend in
with the night

let me ride
under your wing
eternal your beauty
and let your powers
of immortality
