Re-Visit Chao-Zhou & Shan-Tou Poem by Charles WOO

Re-Visit Chao-Zhou & Shan-Tou

All of us travelled again through 'Hou-men' to 'Shan-tou'.
Steamed goose and sea food tasted better than those of 'Chao-zhou'.
In 'Lu-feng', people repaired their 'Xuan-wu' temple timely.
'Chen' families had built their famous house since 'Qing' Dynasty.
We worshipped the ancient 'Kei-yuan' Buddha just for fun.
A touch of the holy ox would bring us good fortune.
In a farm, we ate some delicious barbecued eel.
The tea show at 'Qin-yuan-chun' was but a commercial deal.
