Realization
Dwells within one's body but not the body,
Triggers one's mind but not the very mind,
Activates one's eyes, ears, tongue, nose and skin
But not itself the sensory organs,
And evolves idea but not the brain
The life force integrates with the body.
Removing the sheaths is realization.
