Reason To Smile Poem by shylesh Patwardhan

Reason To Smile

Rating: 4.5

Reason to Smile

Started my car
Pressed the pedal far
Driving thro the narrow lane
Yet looking for a reason to smile

The streets are congested
And we all have adjusted
Takes lot of time for a mile
Yet looking for a reason to smile

Searching a place for parking
Men behind me honking
Walking thro the hot alley
Yet looking for a reason to smile

Sitting in the same cubicle
Expecting some miracle
But just another day
Yet looking for a reason to smile

As the night set in
With my family in a cabin
Looking at the kids gale
Now I have a reason to smile
