Why does my heart
Still beat for you,
When I know yours
Will never do the same for me?

Why do my eyes
Still search for you,
When I know you
Will never search for me?

Why do I still dream of you
Late at night; when stars are high,
Even though I know that
My image doesn't cross your mind?

Why do I do all these things
And kill my heart,
When you will never care
About me?

Why?
Because without you,
My hearts stops, I go blind
And I have empty, dreamless nights.
