Redeemed Of God Poem by Eisenlord Karen

Redeemed Of God

Rating: 5.0

With lightening speed
Into the night
And legs of steel;
The Fair One takes to her flight

- Daughter of the Wheel

In a white flash
With red hair sparking,
She scoops up the young innocent creature
Into Her silvery winged arms

- Away from mortal danger

Be gone, cold perils of the night
You are no match to this Being Divine
Her treasure you cannot harm,
Protected beneath Her armored breasts so warm

- Sheltering all of the forlorn

For this is Her sacred pledge
To preserve all that is pure and good...
Demons before Her arrows flee
Protectress of all forests and Motherhood

- She is Artemis

classical Greek myths are still powerful lures in this contemporary age, revamped into television movie story adaptations, where we can become heroes, in imaginative flights of imagination, you are here in red hair
