Redemption Poem by John Leroy Maxwell

Redemption

Rating: 5.0

Standing beneath the Cross of Death,
as Jesus swoons in agony
She also swoons in empathetic suffering
Her heart pierced by the sword of Motherly
compassion, for Her Son
Tears streaming down her face, with a dark veil
covering Her furrowed brow
The face of a faithful, Loving Mother
What price redemption
