Rejection Poem by Heather Delhom

Rejection

Rating: 4.5

Too much hate.
Too much pain.
Too much gone.
Too much remains.

Too much confusion,
Bound to my feet.
I feel the rejection,
Accepting defeat.

Help me get out
from under the weight.
Or leave me to die,
Receiving my fate.

I can't get out,
Not on my own.
I need someone near,
Don't leave me alone.

I feel the end coming
Nearer each day
I can't do a thing, except-
Pray.
