Smile and breathe
Fly, be free

Mind to rest
It's all for the best
God's right there
With love and care

Breathe it in
Love will win
Breathe it out
Expel your doubts

So trust in God

I wrote this poem in fall 2014 and I used to recite it to myself over and over when I was stressed or anxious about something. It actually helped! "Cálmate" is a Spanish word meaning "Calm down! "
