Remember Me - Poem by Will David

A smile of yours is a smile of mine.
When sadness rains let our smile shine.
Together we can help each other
Pass through times rough and weathered.
Like the warm sunlight that heats the chilled sky,
I will be there for you to wipe the tears from your eyes.
Let your heart flood with memories of you and me together.
Let your heart feel fresh and gay like late spring weather.
Gray clouds and spring showers come and go, but never stay.
Like you and me, things will always glow brighter another spring day.
You are my flower, and I am your water, air and light.
We need each other, to help us grow right.
If you’re feeling stranded, alone, or even a tint of blue,
Remember me, I will always be there to say I love you
