After

A paper poppy lies dead in a puddle,
Red dye seeps into the water

Sun breaks through overhead and the wind
makes ripples in the slaughter

A dead paper poppy fading in a puddle

A dead paper poppy fading in a puddle and this is provoking thought. This poem is very sensitive and this carries wise humor. No one likes war in life. All need peace and love...10
