In the U.K., on the second Sunday in November
It is Remembrance Day,
When we remember our kinsfolk
Who’ll nevermore go out to play.
We pray for all their loved ones,
And remember their great sacrifice
To fight to free their Country
On battlefields worldwide.
May their heroism be ever remembered,
May their Deeds and Names be kept alive,
In the minds of all our Countrymen
For whose Freedom They all died.
